The plain-language commitments the pilot runs on. This page states what is true today.

What QuoteRoom is
A private way to get comparable, pre-visit price ranges for backyard cleanup in ZIP 85140. You show the work once; invited providers quote against the same standardized scope.
Free for homeowners. Always.
Homeowners never pay QuoteRoom. Providers pay us for software and tools, never for your name or number. You are not the product.
Payments and the work itself
During the pilot, QuoteRoom does not process payments or hold funds. Any agreement and payment are directly between you and the provider you choose. QuoteRoom generates a plain Project Agreement from your locked scope and price; it is a document, not legal advice.
Provider participation
Providers are invited to quote from a local directory. An invitation is not an endorsement. Handyman-tier providers are limited by Arizona law to work under the state threshold and cannot take permit-required or licensed-trade jobs.

Limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law will be added here after attorney review, before the service is offered publicly.
